A: Cleanspec has a good team of Operations Managers who assist and train Franchisees. Cleanspec conducts regular site/Health and Safety audits to ensure everything is up to standard.

A: Communication is an important part of customer satisfaction. All personnel are trained to respond promptly to customer requests and instructions. Every site has a dedicated Communication Book for “day-to-day” messages and to log additional requests.

A: Every Franchisee and their employees have been security checked and vetted with criminal, credit and traffic checks and gone through individual interviews before getting approved to be onsite to ensure your peace of mind. ID tags and uniforms are worn at all times by our Franchisees to enable easy identification.

A: The quote is inclusive of all the chemicals and equipment needed to carry out the work.
